Yes, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once it is on its way, cancellation is no longer possible; you may then request a return if the item is eligible. 

Currently, our checkout supports only a single payment method per purchase. Please use your preferred method before completing the order for a seamless transaction. 

Cancellation is allowed only before the order enters the fulfillment process. After dispatch, returns must be initiated to receive a refund. 

If cancellation qualifies, your refund will go back through the same payment route used originally. You’ll be notified via email once the process is finalized.
