By using our site, you consent to the handling of your return and refund requests as described herein. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our platform. 


Eligibility for Return 
 

Products must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, and returned with original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear or alteration will not be eligible for return. Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the date of delivery. To initiate, please email us during this timeframe. Any item not meeting return conditions will not be accepted. 


Steps to Return an Item 
 

  • Submit a Request : Email your return request with the Order ID and reason for return tradehitechitsolutionspvtltd@gmail.com / tradehitechitauthorize@gmail.com. 
  • Provide Visual Proof : For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, include clear images showing the issue to help process the request efficiently. 
  • Follow Provided Instructions : If the request is approved, we will send return guidelines via email. Returns failing to meet conditions may be declined. 


Refund Process & Timeline 
 

Once we receive and inspect the item against return criteria, you will be informed of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent upon completion. 


Partial Refund Guidelines 
 

If an item does not fully meet return standards (e.g., minor damage or missing parts), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. 


Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product 
 

If you receive a defective, wrong, or faulty product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos or video illustrating the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
